Terms of Service

ReelRebels Superior Management (the "Platform") is provided by Mimaco SARL (Lebanon), the legal entity that manages the ReelRebels Media agency. By signing in to the Platform, or by connecting a WhatsApp Business Account to it, you agree to these terms.

What the Platform is

The Platform is a management tool: a sales pipeline, client records, bookkeeping, a task board, and a WhatsApp inbox connected to Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. It is meant for the ReelRebels Media team and, where agreed in writing, for businesses that ReelRebels Media manages or builds tools for.

Accounts

• Accounts are created by an administrator for named people. Keep your sign-in email secure and do not share your access.
• Each role sees only what it needs. Do not try to access data outside your role.
• We may suspend an account that is misused or no longer needed.

WhatsApp messaging

• Messages sent through the Platform go through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform and must follow Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Business Terms.
• Only message people who have agreed to hear from you, respect requests to stop, and do not send spam, misleading content or anything illegal.
• Outside the 24-hour window after a person's last message, only message templates approved by Meta can be sent. Meta charges for some conversations; the business whose account is connected pays those charges to Meta.
• A WhatsApp Business Account connected to the Platform stays the property of the business that owns it. An administrator can disconnect it at any time from the Platform's settings, and the business can disconnect it from the WhatsApp Business app (Settings, Account, Business Platform) or from its Meta Business settings.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Platform to break the law, to harass anyone, to send unsolicited bulk messages, to upload malicious files, or to interfere with the service.

Availability and liability

The Platform is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and accurate but do not promise uninterrupted service, and we rely on third-party providers (Meta, Supabase, Netlify) whose services can change. To the extent the law allows, Mimaco SARL is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or losses caused by third-party services or by misuse of an account.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the current version is always published at this address. These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and disputes belong to the courts of Beirut.
